A:The slitting rewinding machine is mainly used for kraft paper, news paper, silicone paper, thermal paper, fluting paper, sublimation paper, glassine paper, coated paper, recycled paper, paper cardborad, A4 copy paper, laminated paper, linear paper, wax coated paper, oil proof paper, tipping paper, cigarette filter paper, tobacco paper, medical paper, water proof paper, plastic film, foil paper, glossy paper, sticker paper, self adhesive paper, duplex paper, non woven fabric and so.

A:Yes of course we have, all of machines have SGS certificated CE.

A:Generally speaking, the machine could be shipped out within 20-30 days after confirming everything. The machine would be spayed by anti-rust oil then wrapped with stretch film, at last, it would be packed by non-fumigation wooden box. Products are generally shipped from Ningbo Port, China to the destination port by sea. In the process of product transportation, if it occurs damages, it is determined that our product packaging and reinforcement work is not in place, we will bear the corresponding losses.

A:During the production process, we will adopt strict inspection process to ensure product quality. During one year, any parts damaged caused by machine-self, the seller will repair/replace the spare parts for free, but the buyer should pay the freight. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.

A:Based on our strong after-sales team and rich experience, we can resolve problems online by video call, messages, and e-mail. And we have detailed manual of operation and complete video training. If there is any problem in the process of using the product, you can directly call us or send an email, we will respond immediately.

A:Slitting machine can work for different kinds of paper, such as liner paper for self adhesive paper, silicon coated food wrapping paper, paper straw packing paper, coated and laminated paper, two-side offset paper, brown kraft paper, A4/A3 paper, cigarette filter paper, sticker paper, cardboard paper, bamboo paper, ice cream cono paper, PLA coated paper, biodegrable food paper packaging paper and so on. Our slitting machine can working perfectly for 18gsm paper with high stability and high precision, such as paper straw packing paper.

A:We have two types of machines from roll material into sheet which is used for paper, laminated paper, printed paper, adhesive sticker, non-woven fabric, aluminium paper, PET and PP sheet, radiography film, copy paper and plastic film etc.. The machine cuts material with guillotine knife, at the same time, it can slitting material with round knife as well. Automatic Roll to Sheet Cutting Machine with Auto Stacker: obviously, this machine includes automatic stacking system, which can collect the material neatly. Usually this machine is widely used in offset printing and packaging industry. Roll to Sheet Cross Cutting Machine: it is a standard but very flexible machine without automatic stacker. This machine can cut the thin wrapping paper of 20gsm up to 500gsm even higher gsm paper.

A:Of course, we could design the machine based on customer's requirement, like the electrical parts etc.

A:Generally the slitting machine will install 15 sets for knives, however, we could install more according to your requirement.

A:Generally, if you want to make a full production, you need roll slitting cross-cutting machine, wrapping paper packing machine and printing machine. According to your needs of productivity, the reel paper feeding could be one or multiple. And the wrapping paper packing would be inline connected with machine.

A:We are located in Wanquan Town, Pingyang City. It takes you 10 minutes by car from Ruian Train Station or one hour from Wenzhou International Airport.

A:Generally the slitting machine will install 15 sets for knives, however, we could install more according to your requirement.

A:Generally we accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, however, we can aslo accept Letter of Credit, we can discuss further information.
