Film slitting machine working principle
The film slitting machine consists of unwinding mechanism, cutting mechanism, winding mechanism, functional rollers and tension control, deflection control and detection device. The working principle is as follows: the metalized film raw materials released from the unwinding mechanism will enter the cutting mechanism through the spreading roller, tension detection roller, enabling roller and deflection correction system, and the raw materials will be slit and wound into standard film rolls by the winding mechanism.
PLC completes the calculation, controls the action of each part and realizes the self-diagnosis function of the system.

Inverter drives the main drag motor to provide movement and power for each transmission mechanism.
Unwinding tension control system adopts constant tension unwinding to ensure no deformation and wrinkling of raw materials in the slitting process.
The winding tension control system adopts constant torque winding, so that the finished material rolls are properly loosened and tightened, and the film rolls have neat end surfaces.
The deviation correction control system corrects the deviation caused by various factors in the raw material or transmission process, so that the knife edge is always kept in the center part of the metalized film barrier tape during the slitting process to ensure the realization of edge retention accuracy.
The output of adjustable DC voltage from 0 to 900V from the enabling power supply is applied to both sides of the metallized film by the enabling roller, which removes various conductive and semi-conductive impurities present in the film medium during the film material transmission process, which can effectively improve the quality of the capacitor.
The signal detected by the sensor is sent to PLC to record the length, roll diameter and various movement status of the film roll after slitting, which realizes the automatic control of the system.
