(4) paper cutter such as a longer period of downtime, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with rust-proof oil, plus a plastic cover will cover the whole machine.

(5) cut paper machine out of use if more than 3 months, should also be covered with anti-rust oil on the moisture-proof paper.

(6) check, disassemble the paper cutter, prohibit the use of unsuitable tools and unscientific methods of operation.
