Roll to Sheet Cross Cutting Machine with Automatic Stacker

*3. Feeding Unit

The machine adopts one servo motor and two synchronous motors to feed the roll paper stably. 

And it makes the machine working with a high level cutting precision(0.2mm error range).

And the machine used aluminum rollers and PU rollers:

The PU rollers have the characteristic of high abrasive resistance, 

which can insure machine feeding precision.

*4. Cutting Unit

It adopts the heavy casting structure, and you can adjust the position by manual.

*5. EPC Web Guiding System by a photoelectric sensor

*6. Fully Automatic Tension Control System

When the paper goes through a sensor,

it gives feedback to the PLC control system automatically to increase brake load,

which controls the paper tension automatically by increasing or reducing the tension.

*7. Anti Curling Device

When the diameter of roll paper becomes smaller and smaller,

we need the anti-curling device to make the paper straight so

that we can cut the sheets until the paper core.

*8.  Oscillating Bar Device

The oscillating bar device can control the paper tension stably.

The machine adopts 1.5KW motor on the traction unit.

*9.  Color Mark Sensor

If you need cut printed material rolls, the machine can add printing

color mark sensor for detecting marks and improving cutting precision.

*10. Static Bar

Static Elimination: The machine has statics bar to eliminate the statics influence.

*11.  Slitting Unit - Round Knife

Slitting Precision: ±0.2mm

The machine includes 3 sets of round slitting knives,

you could adjust the knives position by manual.

*12. Unwinding System

With standard configuration, we are using air shaft.

Shaftless could be optional, which is more convenient to operate and change the roll paper.

*13. Automatic Pile Stack System

The cut sheets will be stacked on the pallet automatically and neatly.

On the left and right sides it also has two vibrative clapperboard

 to make the edge of paper sheets smooth and clean.

On the back and front sides, it has  adjustable plates to fix the paper sheets.

The maximum stacking height can be 1200mm. You can easily discharge

the pallet out of machine by forklift.

*14. Mark Insert Device

The machine can count the output paper sheets automatically

and insert paper marks into the stacking paper sheets pile.

*15.Automatic Stripping Trimming System

The machines uses 0.75KW fan.
